What a huge difference that spending a little extra money can make with these super-quiet, rated units.

Had professionally installed into 3 bathrooms, and even my contractors were unsure when these units were ON...they really are THAT quiet. If you are using an older, inexpensive model, you won't appreciate what you've been missing, until you've used this.

Did not get a "lighted" unit, but quality, materials seems great, even on these models. I certainly hope the quality is built to last, the fan / motor stays quiet over time and that there is little degradation in performance. But again, everything out of the gate seems to be beyond fine with these.

Style wise, they're also a huge step above almost everything else I'd seen out there too. I got the one with the circular disk vent / opening. Huge visual upgrade from the traditional vented / slats type models.

Make sure you buy the right size / rating for your bathroom application too.

Install easily; vented it thru to outdoors; is wonderful; just enough noise to know the b-room is occupied...look pretty good too!

After putting up with a very noisy fan for years,I finaly broke down & bought this fan. What a pleasure you can hardley tell it is on.Keep waiting for old noise when I turn light on dont miss that.
